The Welcome Reception will take place on September 27, at 6:00 p.m. at the Congress Centrum Würzburg.
It will offer participants an opportunity to meet one another, enjoy refreshments, and begin the conference in a relaxed atmosphere. Please indicate during registration whether you would like to attend.
The Conference Dinner will take place on September 30, at 7:00 p.m. in the historic vaulted cellars of the Staatlicher Hofkeller Würzburg, located beneath the Würzburg Residence.
During the evening, participants will be able to sample typical Franconian wines and enjoy a catered dinner in this unique historic setting. The Hofkeller’s extensive cellars cover approximately 4,557 square metres beneath the Residence and form part of the UNESCO World Heritage site. The cellars extend for approximately 891 metres, with vaulted corridors reaching heights of up to 6.5 metres.
The Staatlicher Hofkeller is one of Germany’s oldest documented wine estates, with origins dating back to 1128. Today, the estate cultivates approximately 120 hectares of vineyards throughout Franconia and produces a wide range of regional wines.
The Conference Dinner is included in the conference fee.
