Registration Fee & Accomodation

A registration fee will be charged:

800 Euro – Early-bird regular fee (until August 1)
900 Euro – Regular fee (until September 19)
600/700 Euro – Student fee (early-bird/late fee)

The registration fee includes:

Conference participation fee
Coffee and lunch during conference breaks (served at the conference hotel)
Conference dinner
Social program events (including Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 27 and City Tour on Wednesday afternoon, September 30)
Child care services
Shuttle bus transfer to/from the lab tour on Friday, October 2 afternoon

Accomodation costs (including breakfast):

Classic single room (154,00 Euro)
Classic double room (175,00 Euro)
Comfort single room (169,00 Euro)
Comfort double room (190,00 Euro)

Invited speakers will receive a single room free of charge. Only an accompanying person will be charged for accomodation.
